MSMHC Ferrando Institute of Spirituality offers a two year programme and a ten months diploma course in MSMHC Spirituality. It aims at preparing formators, leaders of communities and leaders at the provincial and congregational level. The centre will also provide ongoing formation programmes.

This centre for the specialised studies will eventually become the ‘think tank’ of the Congregation as it can regularly undertake strategic studies on all aspects of the life in the Congregation. Therefore it aims at preparing a core group of intellectuals who constantly study, research and critically reflect on the Congregation’s charism, spirit, mission, history, spirituality and policies.
